Love it.  Want to know how far I ran today?

0 miles.  I rode my bike 20 miles with "the boy", but didn't run a step.  BTW 8 water bottles get heavy after a while.  Now I know why those humps sag on a camel.  LOL

Heather and I are tapering too.  We are experts at tapering as we seem to have been in a semi-taper for most of this year - oh and maybe most of last year too.   rolleyes

We didn't run yesterday either -- well at least not on land.  We went and tried water running with Connor last night at the Y.  It was very interesting.  We are planning on going back for more.  It was even a good arm workout!  And I wasn't scared in the deep end like I thought I would be!

But we are running tonight.  Maybe lightly running.....  We'll see.  Tapering doesn't mean you quit entirely does it?   wink

People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can't find them, make them.

Depends. I am a man of extremes, so, maybe.
