Do you get the same benefits running doing split workouts if you were sometimes short on time in the morning/evening?

Love your tag line April.

Two fers are a great way to get in a long run when pressed for time.  Go easy for your first run of the day and if you have speed work save it for the second.  I highly recommend these workouts just watch your injury and recovery if you start doing too many.

Thanks Sandy. I don't do it very often but sometimes that SNOOZE button is just too tempting.
