I am not sure if I am posting in the right spot, but here I go...

I am a long time runner and over the past 5 yrs have done 5km runs 2-3 times a week purely for fun. I am now getting curious about triathlons and I have started to get reacquainted with the pool and looking at upgrading my mountain bike. I don't want to race this year but I would like to do a try-a-tri early next year. Does anyone have access to a training program for try-a-tris?

I found one for a spring on the HSBC triathlon site which I could follow but I would prefer something a little lower key.

Thanks

I haven't looked at the HSBC program but what do you consider more low key?  You can download training programs at www.trainingpeaks.com, look for Gail Berhardt.  You can peak at them and see if they are more what you are looking for.  We also do training programs that are personalized or generic, depending on what you need.
