Well once again Tri & Run Sports is having a run for our current LTR Class.  It will be Tuesday 23rd of June at 5:45 at the store.

I want to thank you for all the participation in the past and hope for a good turn out this time again.  The class so enjoys meeting you all.

Cookies will be served as usual.

Please remember this is their first race experience so be gentle on them as you always are.

See you next week.

Thanks to everyone that attended the Learn to Run Graduation.  The girls did awesome considering the heat and that we hadn't had an opportunity to run in it.  You guys rock and the LTR girls did fantastic.

Way to go all.

Thank you for making this night so much fun for all.

Sandy, I am ALWAYS running into women who say "I'd love to try running but.....".  It's always the same, they don't know where to start, or simply don't think they "can".  My first recommendation to these people is JOIN A RUNNING GROUP.  So, how often does Tri and Run offer these LTR programs?  Do they cost $?  Just so I can tell people a bit more when I talk to them....

Okay, I checked out the website and found the cost...so I just need to know how often and when the programs start.

Chatty, they are 8 week programs.  The next one will be starting July 7th.  They are every Tuesday night and start at 5:45 p.m. for 1 hour.
