How about the same as last Saturday. 10:30 at the clubhouse, loop out for 1 1/2 hours, meet the second group at 12:00 and out for another 1 1/2 hours.
See everybody there!

Don't know if this will change your plans or not Craig, but the second group's classes are all finished, and they should all be resting up for their tri's on Sunday. angel Hope you have a good ride, and that the rain forecast changes by then.  Some Saturday I hope to get out, unfortunately not this one either ( I too will be resting up)

Yes, good luck to everyone.  And especially to those doing their first tri!  Tri not to be too nervous!   wink

Thanks for letting me know Janet. I guess we'll still aim for 10:30.
I hope everyone enjoys their 1st Triathlon.
Good luck.

Craig,

I have to be in Oshawa for my son's soccer tournament at noon Saturday and will not be able to make the 10:30 onwards ride.  Enjoy the ride everyone and you guys from the clinic are going to rock the hills Craig will take you up!  I will be going out early (sunrise) if anyone wants to join me - easy 2.5 - 3 hour ride up and back Loyalist Parkway.  I will pass by the clubhouse around 5:50 or so....if ya care to join me!

I'm looking for a long ride on May 10th or next weekend.  I am training for The Ride to Conquer Cancer, have a new road bike and would love to cycle with a group
Let me know if you are available

Hi Liz,
I am posting a ride for Sunday morning 10am at the Clubhouse.
Don't know how many will show up but we can definitely do a long ride. What are you thinking 2-3 hour?
There will likely be a group ride posted for next Saturday also.
