Ok so who's around on Sunday to do a long run?  I will be.  Who's around to do a long run on Friday?  I can do that as well.  OR who wants to do our first run about?  It's supposed to be sunny and 7-10ish.  It sounds like a long run BUT it is a run, walk, jog ending in eating.  We won't have any specific distance or route planned so the type A (read anal) group it might not work but we will head out, run when we feel like it, walk when we feel like it, stop and look at things etc. and end it somewhere to eat.  Who's in for what?

I have to ask the question, what time Friday?  Time friendly (read not too early) and weather permitting, I will be there. undecided

Now I know why you posted that Cathy and I would like the "run about."  I think we might have been doing this for awhile but didn't know what it was called.   rolleyes  Actually, though, we tend to do it more on bikes than running.   laugh

Heather and I are going to London for the weekend so won't be here for either Friday or Sunday.  Too bad -- it would have been fun!  We are doing our long run on Monday.

Hi Everyone,
I will be there at 10am too.   Selena and I are going for a quick bike ride and then we will meet up with everyone for the remaining few hours & for something to eat.
We are biking, running & jogging around.
I am really not a type "A" though!
Take care
