This is just my little brag about my son Justin. On Friday he competed in his very first swim meet (Bay of Quinte), and placed 2nd in his 100m freestyle and 50m freestyle, and was just behind the third place swimmer in his breaststroke.  Just my little kudos out to him, and to his Big  Ring Coaches for all of their help and expertise. Thanks guys!

Wow, good for you Justin!!  I am in awe of people who are good swimmers since I can't swim myself.   Janet, you definitely should be proud!

So what is your next race/event, Justin?

More bragging by mom! Justin was at COSSA today and received 2nd in both of his freestyle races. His relay team was 1 second faster at COSSA than Bay of Quinte placing 4th, so it was a very good day!

Wow!  Good for Justin!!  Sounds like he is quite the swimmer.  Does this mean that he goes on further??

No, he's done for now, you have to place 1st or within a qualifying time to go on to OFSA. He is thinking about doing some Kids of Steel this summer.
