Well, I was running with Angie today and she wanted to know how far we ran.  Sandy's garmin was dead, Heather forgot hers, and Shelley's died so we had nothing to measure it.  So I just went on www.gmap-pedometer.com and measured out our route - twice because I didn't believe it the first time.  It was 8.7K!  At least according to my measurements it was!  Angie should be happy because she was excited when I said I thought it was about 7.5K.

Oh and by the way, I just wanted to note that is more than a "marathon" distance, according to this one trash magazine I was just reading (no I didn't buy it, it was given to me).  Apparently Katie Holmes is getting super thin, partly caused by the fact that she is running "marathon distances" of 4 miles every day.   So today it was a super-marathon distance for us of 5.4 miles.  I should be a size 2 very very soon.   rolleyes

Wow!  I can't believe it was that far!  The time seemed to fly by.  Must have been the good company.

I missed you Cathy!  Ummm..... you are doing that half hour run every day --- what has now become the Marathon a day, according to the trash mag.  You will be skinny very much faster than me.  Oh and you have to also drink high caffeine drinks to get your metabolism going.  I think I need to increase my coffee intake or start drinking Redbull.   rolleyes
