Cathy and I have 23k/24k to do tomorrow. We are going to run from the clubhouse at 9am out to Stockdale Rd and back if anyone wants to join us.

We'll be there but not sure that we will run Stockdale Road.  Today at the store we were talking about running out to the base.  But now I am thinking maybe we should just run 5 or 5.5K out toward Stockdale Road and then back.  Guess I better go and measure and see where it takes us.

If we go to Lock Road (Miron) and back, it will be 11.8K by gmap pedometer.  This is going down the back way and coming back up Division (which seems to make it shorter for the return).

Yes - gmaps calls it Lock Road but it is actually Miron Road on the west side and Lock Rd where it meets Hwy 33.  Why can't they just call all the roads by one name in this place???  Bernard Long Road somehow ends up being McCauley and doesn't Perry become Bata Road?  Or something like that!!  Maybe they used to be two different roads that didn't go through, and then they put them through but didn't make it all one name?  Talk about confusing!!!

But google maps doesn't make it any easier.  They have the road names all screwed up on the base and have it alternating North Star/Canso on the one which is actually North Star.  And the one that I work on which is ALERT they have shown as ALBERT.  They have a lot of names wrong.  I wonder how i can get that fixed?
