Each week, I can't wait to get my email from my coach with all my workouts laid out for me grin
Seriously, its like unwrapping a gift every week!  Yes, my wife makes fun of my anticipation as I await the arrival of my program...and I always joke with her about getting my 'love letter' to read each week -I can't help it I love training, so it only seems appropriate  tongue

Well, thats all for now..gotta go check my email to see of I got it yet!  Happy Training  grin

You're not weird.  You're sick!   tongue wink

It is great that you are enjoying your training so much!

I can understand.  I used to look forward to my weekly plan being delivered every Sunday.  Was exciting to see what I was doing for the week.  But I also liked the fact that I didn't know what I had to do in the future.  Kept me in suspense.  Was exciting.   grin

Apparently your "love letter" differs from the"hate mail" I get.........or maybe it's comments like this that get me in trouble
