I did Seaton in 2007 . Seaton is a tough but awesome run. The course is hilly and technical. It has a wicked set of stairs in it and 2 water crossings. Pending on the winter the water is either ankle deep or, in our case up to your knees. Watch for the markers..well.... i just get lost alot. It has a 26k a 52k or a 78...
if your bud is a strong experienced trail runner then go for the 52k... but i was happy that i just did the 26k... you would never know that this course could be in the middle of Pickering... it`s a good one.
