I was on the website today and there are only 263 runners registered so far, not 500, and that's for both distances....no need to panic yet...but I'm sure it will fill quickly.

If this were the other way around .. ie... all man race with chocolate dipped hotties at the aid stations..well... the fur would fly...... i could just read the replies..oye vey!!!

       ps... bring some chocolate back for Daveyboy... ummm.. preferably NOT a piece peeled from one of the local fire dudes... yeah!

Hey Dave, feel free to really get it off your chest by posting under Women Only Events under the Section called UUUUUUGGGGGGGHHHHHH!     roflmaob

I do understand where you are coming from though..... It does sound like reverse discrimination.  Although apparently men are allowed to register (well they could have except it is full now) -- they just can't win any prizes.  I guess you would still be allowed to eat the chocolate being presented by the fire fighters though.
