Is anyone going to the Army Run on the 21 Sep? I'm going. I'm staying at the Minto Suites.

No, I'm going to Longboat which is on the same day. So are Cathy, Jane, Heather and Carol. The Army run sounded interesting, too bad it's on the same date.
I'm sure you will have a great time in Ottawa.

Shelley Shanessy is doing the Army Run in Ottawa. If they have it next year, maybe we should go and do it.
Good luck Celin! Can't wait to hear all about it!

So, all
Army Run is done. I was sick that weekend. I told myself if the soldiers can run with limbs blown off, I can walk with the flu. My time sucked, but I finished. It was probably the most inspirational race that I ever ran. I loved every minute of it and even though my time was the worst since I started, it is probably the most proud I ever was. Can't wait for next year.
Ran into a few people at the toad that were there. We all agreed that this is the best race and probably one with the most satisfaction.

Interesting to hear Celin. Sounds like the Army run may take away some runners from the County.

I hope not. PEC is one I wanted to participate in. Being a Navy Brat and working with the Military, it was hard to not run that one. I think that PEC will still do well. It's beautiful country and well received.
