Race report for Cobourg Triathlon ? For me this race was all about Rock and Roll! Lovely
rolling
waves in Lake Ontario crashing onto the beach. Nice to look at but perhaps not so nice to swim in. We can?t forget the
rolling
Northumberland Hills on the bike course. Steep hills are one thing but when they throw in a
Rock
hazard well then I have issues. That?s correct folks part of the road had pea sized stone covering it making one of the turns on the way back difficult. This was my 16 year old son?s first sprint and he
Rocked
It!
Nick decided to leave behind the KOS and try his first sprint distance. I am proud to say that he completed the course in 1:29:53 (crossing the line a good 5 minutes ahead of his mom!) Rock and Roll!
