Hi Sandy..we are back on-line at home but my email is not up and working so thought I would give you an update here. After my visit with Barb on Friday...my foot trouble is definately musculature ...poss d/t new foot strike. You were bang on when you had me feel the muscle down the front of my leg...I couldn't feel it but when Barb got in there...Wow! I've been using the rollers and it's better every day but still hurts to run.  I will try to do my runs this week w/out the speed work and see how I make out. Hopefully see you Sunday for 20k.
Thanks, Steph

Excellent to hear Steph.  Great video eh?  Keep on rolling!  (funny thing is I'm listening to that song on the radio right now...how ironic)

Hi Sandy, I tried to run this morning but instead am sitting at my computer...
When I try to run using the front of my foot (the proper way) I get a sharp pain and pulling through my foot. However if I run heel first...heel -toe...it feels much better. Is it better to run pokey and incorrect than to not run at all???? Help!  I will call Bryan today...calling in the pros for help. Thanks!!

I can't say it's better but it sounds like it's pain free.  Keep the turn over as that will at least minimize the heel first but ditch the top of the foot technique.
