Check out this one from the Riverkeeper Race in Ottawa.  This was posted by one of the girls on Runningmania.

Go to the second page and look at her age on her left calf. 

So... when people in their 50s say "Oh, I am too old to do this or that...." we should show them this inspiring lady's photo.

I only have 27 more years to wait to be in her age group.  River Keeper is one that I thought of doing too.  Did she win her age group do you know?

She is amazing.  I hope I make it to that age.
