So, I went for a run today, and for those that know me, they know, I don't like running in the heat, but when there is an opportunity for me to run, I usually take it. So, when Jacob got dropped off for piano at noon, I went out the door. I faired pretty good, and for some reason it didn't bug me that much.
Is it possible that I'm starting to build a tolerance for heat?
So this is my question. Can you build a tolerance? I'm moving to Oklahoma and it's real hot there. How can I prepare myself for the environment? Short of putting my treadmill in front of the dryer exhaust while wearing a full bodied plastic suit!

Suggestions?
