Quick update. Swim was stressful, had pouring rain on the bike and searing heat on the run.

Good race for everyone, now we're going for a Guinness.

Well to be honest I don't know how impressive we all felt but everyone had moments they feel good about.  Jeff and Nancy both had phenomenal swims and bikes, Dennis had a great bike and good run and me well just remember you get out of it what you put into it! I really enjoyed the run because I caught up with Jeff who was finishing his second lap while I finished my first so we ran together for a lap and I kept him going in the heat.
