Our learn to run group is having their final 5k "race" on Tuesday May 20th at 6:15pm and we are looking for Fun Runners to join them.  If you are interested show up for 6:15pm Tuesday May 20th and be prepared to run or walk 5k.  Cookies to follow!

I am in.  I have something to do that night and I am sure that it must involve 5K somewhere.

Well, considering we'll be running the half in Ottawa a few days after that, maybe we can consider it a "pre-race" reward??   cool 

The fat and calories burn off faster if you eat them right after running.  Didn't you know that?

Should be fun.  I agree with the pre-Ottawa practice.  I am sure 5 K will be a good warm up, since I have to practice anyway.  Should be able to make it.  See everyone there.

Should be fun....just for the cookies.
