Hello all, i had a 10k run today in Kitchener called the Mud puppy. My first race of the year.Finished with a time of 47:12 not my best time but it was my first race of the year. It was also my new age group 35-39 finished 4th out of 11. Finished 1 minute behind the 3rd place but i was happy with that it's a tough age group. 28 overall out of 60 men and 28th overall out of  145 runners. I wore my Tri&run running shirt. So I'm just resting right now and going to relax tomorrow. Bye for now. Derek.

Wow, Derek!  That sounds like a great race to me!  If it wasn't your best time, what is your PB for 10K?  Did you run this race last year?  And if you did, what was your time?

Anyhow, I think you did wonderfully -- and 4th place in your AG!  Just out of the medals, but still good!  Your AG IS very competitive!
