Cathy

I have no secrets I eat what I feel like in the good for you food categories.  I always have usuall have cereal a mix of two kinds of Kashi brands and a protein shake with OJ and sone nuts or seeds usuall almonds, sun flower or pumpkin seeds.  Lunch is at work I like left overs but lately I have not had any, Sandwiched on whole grain bread some vegetable and nuts again .  Always snack in between meals usually with yogurt a Muffin of come creation and fruit.  Supper whatever I have time for or can dream up chicken is high on the list.  I don't know how or if it helps me but I try to incorporate protein at every meal.  I certainly am not the best eater out there but I never feel to bad about what I eat.  I almost forgot at least once a week a mixture of peanut butter hazelnut spread and the odd time oats and chocolate chips (the dark kind).

OK so I just noticed that it is 8:06 (or was just) and I am just sitting down to a piece of fresh grilled salmon with lemon, red onions and white wine,  a piece of peppercorned steak and this awesome fruit salad that contains watermelon, melon, grapefruit, orange, green apple, black berries, strawberries, black cherries, blueberries.  Sunburnt and tired, this is just an amazing dinner.  Late but amazing none the less.

Yummmmmmmmmmm

So what you are saying Cathy, is that you did Surf & Turf TWICE yesterday???   laugh  Lucky you to have such a nice meal prepared for you.

I had carrot soup and tostitos.  I know - strange supper.  But it was two things in my cupboard that didn't have milk products in them (I read the labels), and wasn't a hamburger.   And didn't take any work.

Not much to eat today.  My fault.  Bagle and chocolate milk from Timmies this morning for breakfast and lunch was a yogurt and granola bar.  Dinner is shortly to be served.  It is a piece of grilled seasoned chicken and a salad.      I am so hungry and I really just want to eat and sleep.  Hope they are both soon.
