Hike for Hospice

We are co-sponsoring the Hike for Hospice with NESDA Technologies (my brother`s computer business).  We have thrown out a challenge to them that goes as follows:

the business who recruits the most runners or walkers or hikers wins
the losing team pays $1.00 to Hsopice for every team member that does not finish

All Tri & Run Sports team members will recieve a cotton t-shirt with paid registration ($20) that will proclaim our challenge.  Inquire or register at Tri & Run 613-392-7752.
