I'm not Beth but hopefully I will do, she will draw them at the end\first of each month (Cathy you won Feb.) You can get them from Beth or if anyone would like to help she will gladly give you some to sell.

So the 50/50 is for the Big Ring only?

I think this is a cool idea.  We all get to support the things we love and maybe even share a bit (more) in the wealth.

Correct me if I'm wrong Dennis, half goes to the ticket winner then a 1/4 goes to each of the clubs.

Sorry for the late reply (guess I'm not on much) the March draw is being held over till the end of April so we can hopefully get some more tickets sold.Due to lack of interest this will be the last 50/50 draw

Is it interest, timing or people remembering to bring money?  Maybe everybody could give some feedback as to what the issue might be.  I hear people saying they forgot their money or didn't bring it.  Also the majority of people are around Monday,Thursday but Tuesday is increasing with the nice weather and Saturday fun runs will be in full swing soon.  maybe we just need to stipulate a specific day/time they will be sold.

I would be willing to have some tickets with me to sell or at least at my disposal at the clubhouse.  I am there probably 3 nights during the week anyways and maybe twice on the weekend.  I didn't even know that we were doing this when I was first approached about buying a ticket at Heather and Adams house warming run.  I just don't like soliciting but have no problem working for an excellent cause and selling to all that may know that we are selling tickets to them weekly to help to keep the club going.  What about an announcement on the bulletin board about the tickets stating who is selling and how to contact them.  Maybe I have just been out of the loop and everyone already knows about them.

I personally think that it is a good idea.  A fun and profitable adventure for all.  Best of all, the funds go to the place that we love, to help keep it going and make it better for everyone concerned.   If I can help, please let me know.

All my love,
Cathy

I am definately in the "forgot to bring my money" category.  Sounds like a good idea about posting on the board, that migt help me remember (what am I going to be like when i get old (er) embarrassed).
