So it` s me again..
Some people may think.. " does this guy have a life?".. ummm, the answer is no!.. so there!..
But hey, i got something to say..

So i went to pick up my shoes last night at my favourite store. There leaning against the counter was my bud Sandy.
Yep.. i read the post "sick".. and yes folks, she is sick... but patient as i babble on about speed running ( or lack of ) , treadmills and so on..so i need to apologize for yammering away as you were clearly not feeling very well.. sorry Sandy..
But Patti was feeling and looking great.. go figure..

So  back in Sept i wrote a piece about Pearl Izumi shoes.. well 5 months later as i wave by by to them cuz they are pretty much toast. I put 65.5 hrs on the trail shoes and 6oo k on the road shoes, and they stood up to time and wear and tear excellently. I now have a pair of Pearl Izumi "non" Gortex runners as the Gortex are history for this year.
They have the same fit and lacing system as the others.. good..
So if your not sure on what shoes are for you or not, don`t hesitate to give this brand a try.I`ve pretty much had most brands on at one time or another... at least 6 different brands.
and oh... check out the flower shoes... wow... naw!!.. don`t think so. i got hit by an egg on Sidney street , probably cuz i was running in tights.. if i wore the flower shoes i`m sure that i would of been shot at.
The streets are a mean place to go play.. angry
have a nice day. Dave..  grin

That had to have been Sidney Street in Belleville.  You would never get egged on Sidney Street in Trenton  rolleyes (or is that Quinte West??).  Just remembered -- don't they call Belleville "the friendly city?"
