Run from Don McCurdy's on Hwy 33 this race will take you 5.25k down 33, up Stockdale Road and back.  If you are doing the Quarter marathon you cover this distance once, the relay once each and in the half you will cover it twice.  Walkers welcome.  Register using the attached form (Wing_Nut_2008.pdf ) or get more details at Tri & Run Sports 613-392-7752


Cut off for t shirts is April 5th

They are a basic cotton unisex shirt, short sleeve with a saying appropriate to the length of the event being run.

I have been trying to find a time on here and can't seem to find it.
