O.K, yesterday while I was diligently watching and supporting the Quinte Funrunners at the Toad, Jeff and I saw quite a few bare chested runners out there (all male wink) and I was wondering how come in a Tri all torso's have to be covered, but not in a marathon.  Anyone out there have the answer, or even some interesting thoughts on this question?

I do believe in any road race the torso must be covered but on the trails....anything goes.  buttshakeb

I somehow don't think that that is something that I am going to try.

Janet, you mean you tore yourself away from your various Wii (Is that how you spell it?) sports to check out the half naked men?  There is hope for you!   laugh laugh

You're right, I remember seeing a couple of men out there topless.  For some reason I didn't think much about it.  I remember that there were some who whipped off their tops at Disney as well, exposing bodies that I really didn't want to see....

I agree with Cathy - this is not something that I plan on doing.  As it is, there were some pretty disturbing photos of women in sports bras from last year's Toad!  Not going to do that either!
