Hey Janet and Heather,
Good Luck with the tri in Brockville this weekend. So far they weather looks good - not to hot and sunny. Although you had a good time at the Limestone it's not great biking in the pouring rain. Have a great day and enjoy yourselves

Yes, good luck Janet and Heather this weekend.  And also to Cathy, who probably doesn't want it mentioned, but who is doing her first tri in Brockville.  Petra and I will be there cheering for all three of you ladies.  I just love it when I can cheer and not have to be a participant!   wink

Thanks Diane,
Have fun with your family this weekend, what races do you have coming up?  Are you going to Ottawa?  How was Ktown?

Hi Janet,
Looks like you had fun in Brockville. My family reunion in Kingston was fun. Ktown was good - that tri always puts on a great meal azn
I also did Cobourg (wonderfull hilly Cobourg) and decided that would be the last one of the season. I was considering Ottawa but it's on Saturday and I think it would be to difficult to get up there for an 8 AM Race Start. I also have to take my son, Mike up to Carleton (he and his friends are shareing a house so there is quite a bit if stuff to bring up.) I thought i read that you are going to the fun runners mini tri - hopefully i will see you there on Saturday,
Diane
