 how was the run this morning?  I was pretty jealous driving to work and it was such a beautiful day!  What was the surprise?  Pictures anyone, working runners want to know

Those who came today got a sneak peak at next weeks 15k run course and Joanne surprised us with fresh bananas and juicy watermelon.  Yum.
