It was hot and humid yesterday for the Peterborough 1/2 ironman and sprint races....

My hubby finished the race in a lot better shape then last year...did it in 6:23 (took 11mins off from previous 1/2) and certainly felt better......

I hope that your folks did OK also....... it was great to finally meet some of you Trenton gals!
Perhaps I will get to see you again at one of the fall races..maybe in Trenton area??
Cheers....

Great to meet you too Evelyn!  Will you be going to Sandbanks in September?

Hey there Jane....
I probably will be at the SandBanks..I did it last year.. but I haven't really looked that far ahead.
It was fun and the weather was great for it.
I head to Carleton Place this weekend..and then perhaps the Ottawatri/du weekend in 2 weeks.( I am there for a horse show also)
Then, I have discovered that I have the points that I need on my horse, so I may do Brockville "Du" also. (I had originally planned on being in Quebec for the last horse show but now don't need to go!)

So, lots going on in the next month...Sept???gosh, then summers over! rolleyes
I can't think that far ahead... azn

Bye bye for now.....
