Hi all, i had a track meet in Pickering today. It was a great day for a run. I run 3 distances 5000m, 3000, 1500m. In the 5000 who ever was counting the laps some how lost count i end up doing an extra lap. Finished with a time of 23minutes with the extra lap we got that all fixed up. So they will used my entry time don't know want it would've been. In the 3000m had a great run I'm pretty sure that was a PB time was 12:19. The 1500m Jane&Bob showed up just in time for my last race of the day. Everything was going great until 2 laps to go. A runners worst pain a stitch i slowed down a bit and took care of it and then finished the race with a strong finished. I'm happy with my results and thank you Jane and Bob for being their watching the meet and it was nice to see you again.Derek.

It was great to see you again too Derek! You looked strong on your run despite the stitch! Sorry we couldn't spend any longer there. Will see you in a few weeks though!
