HIYA
NANCY S. WAS SAYING THERE IS TRAIL RUN AT BATAWA IN NOVEMBER-IS THIS THE "FATASS?" CAN I HAVE SOME MORE INFO(IS IT REALLY 17KM?)..I'D LIKE TO SET A GOAL FOR THIS...
ANY ADVICE FOR TRAINING/SCHEDULE WOULD BE WELCOME SO I AM NOT A FISH OUT OF WATER...THANKS, ANDREA

Yup, that's the Fat Ass run! Last year it was 7.5K, 17K or 25K - take your pick. Last year was very muddy but lots of fun! Nope - there will be a whole bunch of friends lying on a beach with me if I win $40M! We will be recovering from a nice 5 or 10K run and we will have good looking young men bringing us drinks, Cathy!   How could I NOT include you in THAT??? |
