William and I did the Tim Bit run this morning and we had a great time.  William wanted to thank Sandy for organinzing the run, as it made for a fun experience.

P.S.  William wanted you to know that he had a little trouble running after eating six Tim Bits, but he is ready to do the next fun run.

I actually found after I got the first one down, the rest weren't so bad.  And I did have more energy when I first started back.  I think it would have carried on if it hadn't been so darned hot!  And since the first person in wasn't necessarily the winner (even though she ended up winning), it made more sense to walk more and as Sandy says "maximize our race dollar" (actually was $1.00 in this case).  So to me, the Tim bits weren't the problem, it was that darned heat!  Thank goodness we weren't doing a long run today.

I thought the run was great.  The heat was alright until we got back to the parking lot.  Eating the Timbits was a nice treat,  I think next time we should go for more.
