Has anyone warned you about "taper madness?"   Apparently some people don't react well to all the energy that they have pent up because they are suddenly not running those long distances anymore.  They tend to redirect the energy into exercising their credit cards!   shocked  I hear the recovery period can sometimes be quite extensive.   laugh

People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can't find them, make them.
