Kingston 5k, 10k and 1/2 marathon this weekend

Is anyone coming down for these races?
the 10k is saturday night and the 5k and 1/2 are sunday morning..

would be nice to see you guys again - i won't be running - but i'll be cheering!
We have 3 or 4 from our group running those days...

Let me know - we can meet for a visit and no doubt some food!!

Sorry, Laurie, Heather and I aren't.  I did the 5K one of the first years I was running but didn't even think about that race this year.  I think it is because there is suddenly so much going on at this time of year - ATB and the Pitter Patter and now Heather and I have signed up for the One to One Run next weekend.  Plus we are on our taper for the Forest City Half in London on Mother's Day too! 

Have fun cheering -- sometimes its more fun than running the race!
