I love my trigger point.  I have been quite sore lately with all the running that we have been doing, so I stopped in the store for a demonstration and well, somehow I bought the bag with all the toys in it.  After I got home and got through all the exercises, I felt like I just had a deep muscle massage.
Yes, I am fully endorsing this product.  Pricey, indeed, but worth every penny.  I plan on using it as much as possible.

It is truly what sitting on a little hard ball can do for you, isn't it.

I don't think that I own that roller.

I remember, just the other day being asked if I was "ROLLING"

Sure took me a few minutes to have the lights go on on that one.  I was thinking all kinds of things but not the use of a foam roller or the TP products.

Some days I am just plain slow.

Should I bring my TP with me for Around the Bay??  You know, to roll on the night before??  Not sure if that would be a good idea or not??
Can't believe it is this weekend coming!!!!!!! undecided

I think you should.  You don't have to be too intense but a quick over all roll before bed (you know what I mean  wink) will relax you and may help you sleep better.
