I love my trigger point. I have been quite sore lately with all the running that we have been doing, so I stopped in the store for a demonstration and well, somehow I bought the bag with all the toys in it. After I got home and got through all the exercises, I felt like I just had a deep muscle massage. Yes, I am fully endorsing this product. Pricey, indeed, but worth every penny. I plan on using it as much as possible. http://www.tpmassageball.com/

It is truly what sitting on a little hard ball can do for you, isn't it.

I don't think that I own that roller. I remember, just the other day being asked if I was "ROLLING" Sure took me a few minutes to have the lights go on on that one. I was thinking all kinds of things but not the use of a foam roller or the TP products. Some days I am just plain slow.

I think you should. You don't have to be too intense but a quick over all roll before bed (you know what I mean ) will relax you and may help you sleep better.

Thanks Sandy for all your amazing help - with this.. and my shoes... You're wonderful... and its well worth the drive to feel like you're a 'somebody'! I'll be in touch i'm sure - with a question or two!!

Congrats Laurie! Welcome to the TP family! I love mine. I know you'll love yours too. Thanks Sandy, I'll bring mine along, maybe I'll get the whole gang rolling before bed!
