You asked for it and it's now ready.  A shorter goal for beginner walkers and runners and it's called 517k around Southern Ontario.  Walk or run to places you know and accumulated finishers certificates on the way to completing 517k, then come in and claim your t-shirt.

It appears we should set a higher goal for some of the running addicts out there.
How about a 5000 mile jacket? After all you would have to buy 10 pairs of shoes to run that far. Available to Tri and Run customers only.
