Just thought I would pass along a friendly reminder to those who have been riding their bikes indoors this winter....

A little bike lube keeps thing running much smoother!  I had let my chain run dry, and was putting off maintenance until the warm weather arrived, however I took my bike in to the shop today to get a new computer and the guy was like, buddy you need some lube!  Well, he put a couple shots on the chain, and I could not believe the difference when I got home and rode!

Indoor riding is bad enough, so learn from my mistake and give your self a smooth ride inside!

Happy training.

Taking the tension off after every ride and pumping your tire before every ride makes for a smoother ride as well.

Ya,

I'm pretty good at keeping air in the tires, not so good with the tension thing....I'll try that one more often...anything to help the indoor riding....

Is this snow gonna melt soon or what?  I can't wait till spring time.
