Well.... it is the week before ATB but it IS only 5K and as long as we don't kill ourselves..... and a Costco trip sounds like fun.

But my husband's brother is getting married the day before in Kirkland Lake, of all places.  Not sure yet if we are going to be going to that or not.

But if we're not, I would be up to go to this race!

It would be good to see you again, Laurie!

Well, just found out that I will be spending that weekend in Kirkland Lake.  So guess I WON'T be at the run after all.   cry

Hi Laurie,  Boy so you are doing the run twice.  Does that mean double the chance of winning in your age group.  lol  I was there for the last 2 years.  The restaurant was wonderful after the race.  Warm and lots of fun.

I will check with Petra but she is always up for shopping etc.  Will either have her post or let you know.  Will see you then.

Hi Laurie, it will be good to see you again.  Running 5k twice, wow, I think we are supposed to run 10k that weekend as well but I'll probably do mine the day before (on my warm treadmill).
If the 18th is a cold day or if it snows or there is freezing rain I'll be in TROUBLE, unlike the other ladies here in Trenton I DON'T run outside if the weather is crappy, I just complain a lot and stay inside, haha (and then meet them at Timmy's afterwards).
Anyway, I'm always up for shopping or eating.  See you in 2 weeks.

Stop talking about how much fun you are going to have!!  Now I am even more upset that I won't be able to go this year  cry  angry

Running, shopping, eating, green beer (ok, well forget the green beer, as I don't really like beer) -- I am so envious of you girls.  I will be running 10K by myself in Kirkland Lake.   tongue

Oh well, I guess I can't do ALL the races -- can I???
