I was perusing for some help regarding my knee this morning and came across this old post.  A bit ironic I suppose as I was thinking I needed to be applying some BioFreeze on my knee to help me get through the next couple of days.

I am a HUGE BioFreeze fan as it helps tremendously (especially in winter) with rheumatoid arthritis symptoms in my hands.  So yes, there are periods of time when I apply it every day, experience relief and have suffered no long term side effects.  I also apply it to my knuckles regularly before playing hockey (helps prevent grip discomfort from holding the hockey stick) so that would be weekly, bi-weekly during ball hockey season.

I prefer the gel (as opposed to the roll on as you can work it well into the tissue) and I have always bought mine from a chiropractor friend.  I will have to ask my RMT this week if she carries it.  And I will have to check the store to see what stock you have next time I am in!
