Hey ya`all...well im still on the mend, but doing good., my new orthotics are helping lots, got my longs up to 25k....on the rebound...yahoo!!!....wont be racing for a while yet, but was wondering if anybody out there would like to come to Hamilton for the boxing day 10 miler??...i will be ready and properly trained, so anybody want to hitch along are welcome...see ya , happy trails..David Storey.. grin

I was in Hamilton last year on Boxing Day.  We saw the runners doing this race from our GO Bus (I was jealous).  We were on our way to Welland. 

Looks like a lot of fun but I will also be tapering.

We usually have family members visiting over Christmas too.  And we will be tapering as well -- plus we have two races right after that -- both Resolution Runs!!

Had it bookmarked for months now ... Just hope it fits in to the holiday schedule ... Keep posted as the time nears as I 'll be looking to carpool from Cobourg if possible.
